To reset your password for your online account, please follow the steps below:
- Go to genovate.ie/login.
- Click on "Forgot Password?" located below the login fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your account (the one used at registration) and click on "Reset Password".
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
- Click the link in the email to open the secure reset page.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then select "Reset Password".
Important Note: If you submit multiple password reset requests, only the link from the most recent email will be active.
If you are unable to reset your password using the steps above, please contact our Customer Support Team and include the following information:
- Order ID
- Last 4 digits of your credit card
- Shipping Address
